sky yahoo email hacked

sky yahoo email hacked, changed my password but cant find account activity and setting dont match google search help. They have diverted emails from online retailer i placed an order with using gift card, cancelled the order and click and collected iphone. Im so worried they still ahve access to my account. any help appriciated

You either need to be using a laptop or PC or if using a mobile make sure it is in desktop mode so give this a try:

Login to your online account:

https://skyid.sky.com/signin/email/

Go to Settings (the screw icon on the right hand side) > More Settings > Filters and remove anything that you did not setup.

Then go to Settings > More Settings > Mailboxes > Your email address > Reply-to address

And again remove anything here that you did not setup.

If you have had to make a change then logout and change your password:

You might want to give some thought to setting up two step verification as per this:

If you do set this up it in important that you make a note of and keep safe the recovery code.
