Two step verification

Since 29/05 have been unable to access email due to requiring 2 step verification code. Message not received on mobile with code. Same issue on PC & phone. Is this a genertal problem as it seems numerous people are having the same problem.

If you select the option to sign in with the recovery code then you should be able to turn off 2FA so hopefully you made a note of this code as it was shown on the screen.

 

Regarding the verification code, in the messaging app on your mobile have a look in your spam folder for it as there is a chance it has ended up in here in error.
