sky emails going to archive folder- sky customer services NO HELP

Emails  going to archive folder since before Christmas despite MANY CALLS TO CUSTOMER SERVICE  THEY DON'T  GIVE  A BIT OF ASSISTANCE

LIKE  CALL YAHOO  THEY SAY CALL SKY

SKY SAY OK SHORTLY - ITS NOT  ETCETC
