Is this SKy/Yahoo message a scam?

I have received two emails today  from

"info@sky.com" plus a woman's name

Telling me:

Action Required: Mail delivery failed: returning message to sender

Because of a recent<Sky-Yahoo>update on 6, February 2023, some of the emails were not successfully delivered to your inbox. Please follow the button below to restore all pending/lost emails..

Please note that no further action will be required and we appreciate your understanding.

Yes it is a scam @irene+mulley so mark it as spam so it gets deleted and do the same should you be sent anymore,
