sky email page all tiny!

something I must have pressed on my PC has made the sky email page go very small - I've been into settings and selected large, but that hasn't worked. I can't just enlarge using the spreading fingers on the keypad, it just spreads everything out and makes it impossible to navigate. is there a way to reset this?

Hold down the ctrl (control key) and press the + key to make bigger and the - key to make smaller.
