@taffy13 It's a scam, Sky wouldn't send such email. If the link shows an address other than sky.com it's a phishing link.
Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.

100% a scam as these gets reported on here a lot. There is no verification needed to keep your email account active so mark this email as spam and do the same should you be sent anymore.
