possible scam

I have just received this email - is it a scam

Kindly take note that at 30.10.23 the classic version of  S K Y mail will no longer be available on your device. Kindly switch to the  new version with the link below (a plain blue pannel is below this statement).

Note: ignoring this message will lead to the closure of your mail box.

@atwitsenduser  All emails if this vain are scams as any updates would not need intervention by the user. 

 

Sky would certainly not send any emails with links to follow, if you hover your mouse icon over the link it will be an address unassociated to Sky and is designed to obtain your personal details.

 

Mark as spam and delete.

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.
