Hi can't new users use the email services as I when i go to the email part on my account on the sky website its says that it is not avalble?

Sky haven't allowed new email addresses for quite a while, I'm afraid.

Sky haven't said, but I suspect Sky Yahoo Mail is a legacy service which they would love to get rid off. By not allowing new email accounts, it will gradually decline to the point where it can be pulled completely.

To be honest, you'd be far better off anyway signing up with a non-ISP provider such as Gmail.
