Did you make any changes to the computer, such as adding a new anti-virus or firewall?

What app/client are you using on the computer?

Ignore that bit, the heading says it's Outlook.

Still the same problem,  can't synchronise sub folders or connect to the server!

I would uninstall Avira, rather than just disable it. (you can always reinstall if it doesn't work)

The error messages suggest something is blocking access to the server, or the details for the server are wrong in Outlook.

Try reinstalling the account into Outlook, and let Outlook get the settings for itself.

Re: error messages on outlook (0x800ccof) 0x800ccoe)

iv'e tried deleting email account from Outlook and trying to re-install it again but a complete waste of time!

I think i will just use sky log in page and access my emails from there in future.

I think Sky don't want you to use emails through Outlook and are blocking their servers from processing the emails

If that was the case then this forum would be flooded with complaints so whatever the issue is it appears to be affecting you only.

I find managing an account online easier than have to bother with programs like Outlook but if you want to use a mail program then there are others like Thunderbird. you could try.

Not so. Outlook still works fine for me (no reason I can think of for why Sky wouldn't want you to use Outlook anyway).

Re: error messages on outlook (0x800ccof) 0x800ccoe)

I've given up with outlook on sky mail

can't receive mail and keep getting error message can't receive mail and thst code abkut syncing

tried everything

repairing on outlook  which just says  can't repair try later      Repairing office365 account uninstalling office and reinstalling deleting mcaffe from pc installing outlook on another laptop deleting outlook profiles and creating new ones works at first then error messsge reappears on both laptops

I don't know if junk  emails are corrupting my sky email even though they go to junk

my sky mail works fine in the browser just not on outlook
