Got the 'Unknown Error' message too on my desktop PC, but coulld do so on my Android phone. Cleared cache as advised here (thanks!), and now OK.

Yes, it's back again as a problem on my laptop today too using Google. Tried Microsoft Edge and got this message: 

Service Unavailable - DNS failure

The server is temporarily unable to service your request. Please try again later.

Anyone else having issues logging to their Sky email (Yarhoo) ..

I tried to acces my emails, through my Yahoo app and through sky.com, on my iPad and android phone.

i received the following message "An unknown error has occurred"

I downloaded the Yahoo app, again, to my iPad and android phone. 
it works on the phone, but not the iPad.

i tried the sky help desk. Nightmare!

After going round the houses, they sent a link to change the password.

when trying this, a new message "Sorry, something seems to have gone wrong. Please check your connection...."

Can anyone help?
