emails going straight to trash, no rules or filters set up

Following email hack.

Followed all guidance. Re-Set password, enabled two-steo varification.

all new emails going straight to trash,  I have no rules or filters set up. On web email or New Outlook.

That's certainly what a hacker would do: did you check online, via Settings > More settings > Filters and remove anything not yours?

 

Just a reminder to keep a separate note of your Recovery Code. It's no use to you if you just keep the email giving you the Recovery Code and you can't access your email account! (Seen it here multiple times).

You might not but whoever accessed your account might have done so you should double check that there isn't anything in place so also look at this:

 

Settings > More Settings > Mailboxes > Your email address > Reply-to address

 

And again remove anything here that you did not setup.
