emails being deleted automatically

all my emails come into my inbox but have notice that they are being deleted ...sent to the delet box  autoatically withing four weeks or less ....  I have no filters set and can not find in settings where to stop auto delet.   any clues as to the way forward and stoppint auto delete as I want to be in control of this not the app.

You either need to be using a laptop or PC or if using a mobile make sure it is in desktop mode so give this a try:

 

Login to your online account:

 

https://skyid.sky.com/signin/email/


Go to Settings (the screw icon on the right hand side) > More Settings > Filters and remove anything that you did not setup.

 

Then go to Settings > More Settings > Mailboxes > Your email address > Reply-to address

 

And again remove anything here that you did not setup.

Is it possible you have a rarely used device that is set to pickup your emails via POP?

Depending on the settings, POP access can delete the emails from the inbox after downloading.

 

Other than that, there is nothing that will delete emails from the inbox, although the emails in the deleted folder are removed after 30 days or so.
