email delivery

My sky email was recently hacked and now my mail goes into the archive box.

 

Does anyone know how to redirect into inbox?

Go to Settings, More Settings, then Filters and delete anything you didn't set up.

 

To do this, you need to log in via sky.com, using either a PC or laptop, or a mobile device in desktop mode.

 

If you haven't done so, it may be worth you setting up 2 step login to reduce the risk of further hacking. If you do be sure to keep a separate note of the Recovery Code which is displayed on screen during the setup process.

Something else to check is this:

 

Settings > More Settings > Mailboxes > Your email address > Reply-to address

I followed your tip and although it was not straighforward I can now receive mail directly into Inbox.

Just to confirm, I have set up 2 step confirmation after changing my password.

@Daysy1 hope you made a note of your Recovery Code! You'll need it if, for any reason, you stop receiving the texted Verification Code.
