e-mail frozen?
Today this afternoon unable to get Yahoo-SKY e-mail to execute commands such as 'read' or 'delete' and accessing folders such as sent - "an error occurred while trying to fetch the items in this list". Retry does not work. However different e-mail client eM Client - all folders work. Looks like New Years joy, or, do e-mails route via Venezula ?

Re: e-mail frozen?
@piepowder is this via sky.com? Or are you seeing this in another email app or client?

Re: e-mail frozen?
nope still the same. Further on accessing 'news' tab just a few items appear - lots of gray empty advertising. On Yahoo mail via SKY - the inbox exists but folders are unable to be accessed at all However on a different e-mail client viz. eM Client all folders are fully available. Hence the matter is particular to Yahoo / SKY. Annoyingly some of teh sub-folders are important. Now find some websites not loading either. No pattern - random. Looks like corruption Manchester area or within servers. But not full meltdown / all inaccessible - just corrupted parts.

Re: e-mail frozen?
@piepowder I'm confused. If you logged in via the link in my previous post, there's no Yahoo News tab that I can see. It's purely Sky Yahoo Mail.- no Yahoo content. If you're seeing Yahoo content, it's most likely a cookie issue of some sort. Try closing all Yahoo and Sky websites and clearing your browser cache.
Edited to add: Ah! I've found the News tab you mentioned (must be my eyes). I don't know if there's normally a white space to the right of the page, with just a bunch of Terms, Privacy Policy etc? That aside it looks properly populated.

Re: e-mail frozen?
That sounds like a browser problem, try clearing cookies and cache, or use a different browser.
