Find out moreDo you still have access to the other number because if you do this you need to sign in with the recovery code which will then let you to turn off 2 step authentication for that number which in turn will then allow you to set it up with your new number.
If you do not have access to the number then all you can do is to call Sky and hope you get to someone that knows about this, there could be a 21 day wait in the process being followed through.

Did you keep a separate note of the Recovery Code as Sky recommended? If so, you can use it to turn off 2 step login and set it up again with your new mobile number. If you didn't you'll have to call Sky as @caesarome posted. They have a team who can turn it off for you.
