cannot get emails on kindle fire

I cannot get my emails on the new kindle fire HD I purchased. I have spent many hours talking to Amazon and they say I need permission from Yahoo mail to create a one time password. I have tried this, but it will not allow me to progress. Please help, regards  Neil Woodley. Please email me with an answer

We're customers here. Sky won't email you. The advice is correct, but you need an app password from Sky, not from Yahoo.
