i can not get into my emails how can i solve this

Are you using an email client like Windows Mail or Outlook or accessing emails via the webmail?

Is there any error message?

As above, are you logging into the Sky website and if so what is the error message ?

It's says account problem we hace encounted a problem with your account please contact a number but when I do it computer and it's no help

Try resetting your password:

If that doesn't work you might have to use a different number if the quoted one on the error page doesn't unlock your account. 

 

If you have a Sky Mobile or Sky Talk landline phone then you can call Sky for free via the 150 number. Or under "Need more help ?" at the bottom this page is the number to call, it might take a few seconds to appear, if you are in Ireland make sure the flag in the bottom right is changed to the ROI so you see an 0818 number:

Just ignore the messages at the start of the call and remain on the line for as long as you can and don't hang up when asked to do so.

Is the error shown in an email? I've never seen a Windows error message asking the user to call a number but plenty of scam emails or webpages with that.
If it is an email does it refer to you a 'dear user' or by name?
