blocked IP address and VPN
After 13 years uing sky email in South Africa sky/Yahoo have blocked my IP address as its
in a range that is considered a threat.
a VPN has been suggested to get round this issue
Would I be able to set this up from SA ?
All I need is a VPN to effectively hide my IP address any suggestions for
suitable VPN for chromebook?

You can setup a VPN from anywhere (might have problems if you are in China or North Korea)
On a chromebook, it will run as an extension in the browser.
There are many, some free some paid for, but I can't guarantee they will solve your problem.
I personally use Nord (paid for), but sometimes if I have it on I get problems like yours.

My experience too. I also use Nord. No idea which might work and which won't.
