Mail on apple iphone 11 has trouble connecting to the yahoo server. It can send email, but has trouble receiving them. The message "Cannot get Email" often appears.

A quick browse through the forum will find you numerous posts reporting the same. There appears to be an issue with the Apple Mail app following a recent software upgrade.

If you want to get access to your emails on your iphoe then until this issue has been fixed you will need an alternative app, the Outlook one should work with no issues.
