If you kept a separate note of your Recovery Code as Sky recommended, you can use it to turn off 2 step verification and set it up again with your new mobile number.
If you didn't, you'll have to give Sky a call and ask them to turn off 2 step verification for you.

And should you have to call Sky about this @maureen+anderson do let them advise you to go to Yahoo as they can not help on Sky can.
