Yahoo on android

I have previously used yahoo on android phone. Replaced phone and although I can see my email account and it tells me how many messages etc non are displayed. Says syncing come later. Have waited 3 days. Can read emails etc on iPad via yahoo log in. G mail accounts display as expected when added to yahoo account

Are you using the email app that came with the phone or the Yahoo email app ?
