I have been struggling for a while with some messages appearing in my Windows Mail inbox via SKY that are raw and unreadable. Looking at the mail online via Website Browser to SKY website is OK.
As it happens I now have two accounts with the same business, one on Virgin the other on SKY.
The VIRGIN mail is arriving and displaying in Windows Mail perfectly OK, the SKY is arriving, but is not readable, pages of raw rubbish html.
Can't find any setting to cure this. Help please?

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out moreAs @Mark39 says this issue with Windows 10/11 Mail has been occurring for some months. There is no known work around or cure. You will need to use alternative means to access your Sky emails.
