Yahoo mail two factor security

I have changed my mobile number, but I am unable to change it via Yahoo when I log into my account. When I click on two factor authentication the page just crashes or wont open. When I ask for a recovery code, it gets sent to my old mobile number wo I cant access that.
I have tried to call the paid support line, but that just goes round in a loop saying I need a code and enter my phone number associated with that account. I cant see an email or chat function - how can I Talk to someone to explain the issues?

@Smithyphil

Do you still have access to the other number because if you do this you need to sign in with the recovery code which will then let you to turn off 2 step authentication for that number which in turn will then allow you to set it up with your new number.

If you do not have access to the number then all you can do is to call Sky and hope you get to someone that knows about this, there could be a 21 day wait in the process being followed through.

If you're calling a Yahoo support number, they won't help you with a Sky Yahoo Mail account.

Just to clarify, did you set up 2 step login for your Sky Yahoo Mail? If so, did you keep a separate note of the Recovery Code as Sky recommended?

Yahoo provide the email service but do not supply any support as that is with Sky.

What same problem are you having, have you changed your mobile number. If so you need to sign in with the recovery code that you were shown onscreen when you set this up, doing this will allow you to turn this off before setting it up again with your new number.
