Yahoo mail on android wrong format

Hello, my emails on my android phone are unreadable as in wrong format they are showing as portrait view/displaying down the page tried all the troubleshooting no luck

Are you using a mail app? Or are you accessing your email via your browser and sky.com?

If you are using the web browser on your phone then clearing it's data and cache.

Im using the mail app yahoo and ive cleared my cache?

Have you tried deleting the app, rebooting your phone then installing the app again ?

• Hi yes thankyou ive tried that. Been two hours on the phone to sky then they cut me off!

Sky are not going to be able to help you with the Yahoo app.

Have you checked to see if there are any updates for this app ?

It is normal for the emails to be in portrait mode when the phone is vertical, and switch to landscape when you rotate the screen.

If that is not happening for you, you may have switched lock orientation on. (Your phone may call it something different)

Do other apps rotate O.K.?
