Yahoo email problem

Tisis is quite had too describe but I'll have ago, when I am sending an email the app freezes and then I get a message to wait or give feedback, all the time I've tried uninstalling the app and I've changed my password but that hasn't helped, I would appreciate it anyone has come across this
