Yahoo account locked

My yahoo account keeps being locked making me reset the password. This has happened 5 times in 2 days. What could be causing this?

Possibly because Sky has detected unusual or suspicious activity on your account, or it may be related to your public IP address. Be sure to use a strong password - not containing a word you might find in a dictionary, for example.

Possibly, are you running anything on the phone that may be causing your I.P. address to change, such as a VPN. What app are you using?

Edit, you didn't recently respond to an email asking you to verify/update your email?
