Why is my SKY e-mail not accepted by some Organisations.

When I fill in details with some Organisations using my SKY if. A message appears id not recognised.

Either you've entered it incorrectly, or you didn't use your Sky Yahoo mail address as the user id for those organisations.

If you're using your email address as a user id, there's no validation carried out other than to check that it's what you originally used when you created the user id.
