Hi all I changed from Virgin Media broadband to Sky on 14th March, I have still kept my Virgin email, however I wondered for how long I will be able to just click on virgin and be able to get my emails? Will I have to change to Sky? It may be a stupid question but bear in mind I am a Silver Surfer, if they still exist lol

You would need to ask Virgin this as we can only answer Sky related questions on here, so we can say that you would be unable to set up a sky email account as these were stopped a number of years ago. So should you need an email provider going forward then you could set one up at Outlook.com (Microsoft) or Gmail.com (Google).

I believe you have 90 days to continue using your Virgin email address after you leave.

Make sure you have an alternative by then.
