You would need to ask Virgin this as we can only answer Sky related questions on here, so we can say that you would be unable to set up a sky email account as these were stopped a number of years ago. So should you need an email provider going forward then you could set one up at Outlook.com (Microsoft) or Gmail.com (Google).
