My Sky email says it has trouble viewing attachments when trying to view any file attached to any email which ever box it is in. This has happened in recent days and is very frustrating. Any help welcome....

There have been several posts reporting the same over the last few days. Do you have antivirus software or other security software installed? It may be an update to that causing the block to previewing attachments.

Try disabling your anti virus software to see what happens.
