Verification code

Every single time I try to access my sky email I have to put in a verification code to prove I am a human.

I have 3 desk tops and this happens on all 3. I have no problems access my emails on my iphone and ipad.

Sky cannot help. My computer supplier does not see it as their problem. I have tried changing my password, using different browsers, logging in and out etc.

Can anyone help?

Try clearing your browsers cache and if you are using a VPN try disabling it.

Are you using any 3rd party security software that could be blocking Internet tracking technologies? (cookies etc)

I cleared my browser history and cookies but that did not work.

No i am not using any 3rd party security. I do think that someone has got hold of my email details and is trying to log in so I am constantly having verify myself.

Possible, so change your password, that will lock them out.

However I doubt that is the reason. Can you try logging in on a different device?

I did eventually solve this problem but i am not sure how. I went to Settings-properties- and changed from Private to Public and then back again. I also cleared all my cookies and history.
