Account password and username

I already reset my password but still it will not go through when I log in my account. Can you please help me regarding with this. Thank you so much!

@Draycott1964  You've posted this in the SKy Yahoo email forum so are you having trouble getting onto your Sky Email account?

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.
