Varification codes

I am not receiving any varification codes to my mobile therefore I cannot access my emails/account

If you kept a separate note of your Recovery Code as Sky recommended, you can use it to turn off 2 step verification. If you didn't, you'll need to contact Sky and they'll turn it off for you.
