Email synching with mobile email app

Have problem with correct synching with mobile email app connecting correctly to sky yahoo account server. Can only get emails synching again by sending myself an email.  Please advise as nothing changed with settings and have latest version.

Have you tried deleting your email account then setting it up again ?

Solution is to change server settings from imap.tools.sky.com to imap.mail.yahoo.com for incoming and for outgoing to smtp.mail.yahoo.com.
