unable to access VIP when on the app this gives an error stating the email has already been used
uninstalled MySky app and reinstalled still the same issue
IDM shows email suspended unsure why and unsure who to contact for this one

You appear to have two different issues so when trying to access the vip section of the app word for word what does the error message say ?
Can you access your email account via this link and if you can not again what does the error message say:
https://skyid.sky.com/signin/email/
