I'm beginning to wonder if you are using a browser at all, so just how do you access Sky email?

I signed into my sky account opened the sky yahoo email and saved it on my home screen,  I did this a few months ago when I renewed my mobile

Are you using your mobile to access Sky email?

Yes my mobile 📱,  it's a samsung A17 5g

Then yes, probably an app would be a better way of accessing your Sky email.

I believe Samsung have their own email app, so I would suggest trying that. When you add the account to the app, choose the account type as Yahoo.

You could use the Yahoo mail app, and that would probably be easier to set up, but it includes far too many ads for my liking

But before you try that, use this link, and see if that shows you the print option.

 Edit: I've just logged into Sky email using Chrome on my android phone, and you are right, it doesn't give you any option to print. So definately you will need to use an app.

Ok, thank you,  I've tried logging into yahoo and samsung email but having problems with both they keep running  out of time when I enter the verification code, they also keep asking for my Google email details, which I very rarely use, I've always used sky email. Robin

If you go to the 3 dots ... at the top of the email,  click on sharing there is a printer icon,  click on that and it searches for your printer,  I tried this a few days ago it would only print the opening of the first page of the email,  I will try again tomorrow, will let you know the outcome.

So there is, I didn't think of share as that is usually social media stuff. My phone isn't connected to a printer so it won't work for me.

How do you access your emails, do you login to the Sky website, if so what is happening when you try to open an attachment and if you do login to the website can you do this if you use a different web browser ?

I assume you are still using Chrome to access your emails, and I suspect that is a part of the problem.

You say you can print from your Gmail, and I assume that's because you are using the Gmail app for that. (Could you confirm that is correct)

Unfortunately Gmail can't handle Sky email accounts, if it could that would be the best solution, so I think the best you can do is to use another app for Sky email. I would suggest trying Outlook or the Yahoo app, but there are many other possibilities, and I believe Samsung have their own email app..

If you have some emails that you really need to print attachments from, have you tried forwarding them to your Gmail address and printing them from there?
