Cannot Log In to Yahoo Email Account

To access my email I would log on to Sky home page and obviously recognised as myself. There was previously a profile of head and shoulders (top right corner) where I would hit this and select the option for Yahoo Mail. For some reason I am not seeing the profile (top right corner) anymore? I have changed nothing my end.

This is on my laptop, windows 11. All other devices work OK i.e. iPhone, Chromebook etc. BUT not my laptop. 

I would appreciate some help. As nothing has been changed my end. Has anything been changed on the 'other side' in the last 24 hours?

@William+Vincent the Sky Yahoo Mail option has moved. Go to the hamburger menu (the three horizontal lines) at the top left of the page, then select Profile from the drop down, where you'll find the Yahoo Mail option.

Or just use this shortcut instead: www.sky.com/signin/email

It's interesting you should call the the little man icon that used to be in the top right hand corner a profile, as that is the name of the heading that the Yahoo Mail option has moved to.

But as @Mark39 says, the direct link is probably much easier to use.
