Unable to open attachments

Hi,

 

I am accessing my email from Google, when i receive an email with an attachment I am unable to open that attachment, it goes to a blank screen?

 

Hiw can I fix this?

Does it do the same if you use another web browser, so if you are using Google Chrome try either Edge or Firefix.

Do you mean you are accessing your email here: https://skyid.sky.com/signin/email?

What kind of attachments are they, pictures, documents?

Can you save them, and open them separately?
