Hi people. I recently set up 2 stage verification on my sky email account with my mobile phone number, so verification code could be sent. All went welll. Then! I had issues with my mobile phone account being hacked, and an attempt to change my Amazon account password. After this being resolved, when I then tried a sign in on sky email account, the verification phone number has been changed to an unknown mobile number. Conversation with customer services reset my password and memorable word, but still the unknown verification number is being contacted for code!
Any ideas, greatly appreciated.
