If you didn't make a note of the recovery code as advised to do then I'm afraid you only option is to call Sky as they should be able to turn it off for you but a few things to note:
Some call handlers are not aware that they can do this so will wrongly tell you to go to Yahoo which is completely incorrect as Yahoo can not help.
If you do get lucky and someone does manage to do this for you then it will not happen straight away.
If you fail to speak to someone who knows how to do this then call back on a later date or time and try again.
