@HTApokis

All you can do is to contact Sky to see if they can help you.

Re: Two Step Verification

Hey

not sure if you managed to sort this our or not.

I have found the whole 2 step verication really frustrating and have been avoiding it for ages but now have been completely locked out as I do not have a UK mobile number due to living abroad.

I spoke to Sky last week and they were soooooo unhelpful, bottom line was you have to go throught the 2 step verification, it can't be changed.

Anyway I realised that maybe the best way is to get a UK mobile number whilst abroad in hope that i can still use my email and it has worked!  Phew!

So I registered with More Mins, it has cost me GBP 12 for the whole year, I have got a Virtual UK no, downloaded the app and now I can finally get the 2 step verificiation code and use my emails properly.

It was very easy to set up and would recommend it, I dont think there are any alterantive methods, hope this helps!
