Switching off 2 factotor authentication
- Two factor authentication has automatically set up, I have no recovery to switch it off, as the main user its lot linked to my phone, but mu husbands and is now a faff as I cannot access this account unless he is with me. Any help would be appreciated.

2FA can't be set up automatically. The recovery code will have been sent to your email address. Use that to turn it off again.

Only you can turn two factor authentication on so only you can turn it off and to do so you need to sign in with the recovery code so at the login select "can't sign in with the code" link. You'll then be asked for the recovery code.
When you signed up to 2FA you were given a recovery code so if you didn't make a note of it then check the email you were also sent.
