Stolen phone

Hi My phone was stolen yesterday and I'm trying to access my emails but don't know my password or unique code.

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out more

If ypu didn't make a note of your Recovery Code, you'll have to contact Sky and ask them to turn off 2 step login on your behalf. It may take a while.
