Exactly where can you not sign into your Sky Account?

Your log in details should be the same as you using to log into this forum

Are you trying to sign into your Sky email account if so what is actually happening when you try to do it via this link:

Google is a search engine, the browser is called Chrome.

I'm having the same issue. In ireland, trying to sign in to Sky Ireland to view my next bill, getting the same error. Tried laptop and phone, tried Chrome, Firefox and Edge. Can't get in. The MySky app will open but I can't get into my Bill & Payments section.

@Sleavy9 this doesn't sound like a Sky Yahoo Mail problem which is the forum you've posted in. However, a number of other customers are reporting the same problem with logging in to their accounts, so it looks like something may have changed at Sky's end

Apologies, I just googled the problem, never even looked at the subforum. It seems to be an issue their side alright, I don't know how to delete my post but if anyone else is still getting this, it worked when I used mobile data. It won't work with wifi. So maybe that could help the OP here too.

Did the same a few times on mobile data too. Had to keep refrwshingand eventually got in
