Sky yahoo email not working saying authentification failed invalid credentials. How can I recover it

Hi. I cannnot access my sky yahoo emails. Getting a message authentication failed server message authenticate include credentials. Worried I gave my email in a hoofing message yesterday. Sky customer service is closed. I am not very tech and no idea how to recover it. Can anyone help. Thanks.

If you have revealed your credentials to a spoofing email, the first thing to do will be to try changing your password.

You can do that here: https://skyid.sky.com/resetpassword/email, so what happens if you try?
