Sky mail suspended

Hi, trying to access my sky mail. It says it's been suspended. I have no idea why. Have been setting up a new tablet, don't know if that's the reason

What actually does the message say if you try to login here to your account:

@Nessa87 Yahoo (not Sky) suspend email accounts automatically when they detect suspicious activity, for example, someone trying to hack your account.

You'll need to report it to Sky. Unfortunately,  unless things have changed, Sky aren't able to un-suspend them and will have to liaise with Yahoo to,get it done.

Don't let Sky tell you to speak to Yahoo about it. Yahoo cannot help with Sky Yahoo Mail accounts, and will just refer you back to Sky.
