Incorrect Mobile Number

My mobile number has been changed on my account.  However, when I try to sign into emails, it wants to send text verification to my old mobile.  Why does it do this - can I stop it or do I rectify.  I can't access emails on my PC any more.

@Carole88 the phone number in your Sky account details is not the one used for 2 Step Verification. Assuming you no longer have access to your old mobile, you need to turn off 2 Step Verification using your Recovery Code and set it up again specifying the new number during the setup process.

@Carole88 if you made a separate note of the Recovery Code as Sky recommended, you don't need your old mobile.
