Sky emails

What a joke sky locked my emails then i have rang and spoke to 40 customer service operatives since Tuesday and still no further on. My other doesn't send out security pass codes to my phone and now been told have to wait 21 days and this is a joke as waiting for important docs to sign. Sky have gone right down hill

I'm not sure why you would have to wait 21 days. Do you still subscribe to any Sky service?
