Sky email
About 3 wks ago we contacted you regarding being unable to login into our email, we changed phones but kept the same phone numbers. It asked for a 2 step verification code which would normally be sent to my wifes phone but we never receive a code. We need to access important documents on our email was assured by your team member but nothing has happened and we are still without emails

Re: Sky email
@Debi+Warne if you kept a separate note of your Recovery Code as Sky recommended, you can use it to turn off 2 step login yourself.
What did Sky say they would do? If they plan to turn off 2 step login on your behalf, it can take a while.
