Just joining this conversation as I'm having the same issue on my Samsung Galaxy S23, so Android. It started a couple of weeks ago, then suddenly started working again. But now won't work again.

Yes, I think I have. I thought I had done this but just checked again and cleared Cache in Chrome. Is that right or do I need to do this somewhere else ? Sorry , not very techhy !

You do it via the 3 dots then clear browsing data.

But where do I see the 3 dots ? I've cleared Cache I can see on Chrome, and looked at all Samsung and Android help options but nothing working. I've now downloaded the Yahoo mail App and I can log in through there but it's not very user friendly. I log in to my Sky account and select Yahoo mail from them and that doesn't work. It's so frustrating.

Managed to get on by checking my husbands phone. Think it was because I was using Samsung Internet, now accessing everything through Chrome and I'm in ! Now have 3 dots where I should have 😊
